Is this really just a Kit Home?

In normal practice you can expect to double the kit price to construct and add in the the bits that are not a part of the kit. So the on site labour content requires a team of 3-4 assemblers or handymen for 5 days before commencing internal fitout, electrical and plumbing. A big difference in final cost and finish from a standard Kit Home!

Can I add my own kitchen?

Yes! For sure you can, but remember that Living DeXigns have relationships with all the best manufacturers and have worked closely with them to ensure accurate fit and inventory.
