Is this really just a Kit Home?

No, not at all. A kit home can best be described as a "Bill of Materials" for a conventional framed house. In normal practice you can expect to double the kit price to construct and add in the the bits that are not a part of the kit. A Living DeXigns home is an in-factory assembled Component House that is then re-assembled on site ..... to "lock up" in just 5 days. So the on site labour content requires a team of 3-4 assemblers or handymen for 5 days before commencing internal fitout, electrical and plumbing. A big difference in final cost and finish from a standard Kit Home!

Can I add my own kitchen?

Yes! For sure you can, but remember that Living DeXigns have relationships with all the best manufacturers and have worked closely with them to ensure accurate fit and inventory.
